With more than 20 years of professional experience in architecture, construction management, and quality supervision, Rocío brings exceptional technical and regulatory expertise to the company. Her credentials as a Licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida (CGC1534007) and as an architect specialized in Management and Quality Control allow her to combine technical precision with a strong commitment to excellence and regulatory compliance.
Throughout her career, she has directed residential and institutional projects in both Colombia and the United States, many recognized for their sustainable design and superior construction quality. She focuses on quality assurance at every stage of the process—from permitting and material selection to field supervision and final inspections—ensuring that each project delivers long-term value to homeowners and investors.
